Truly Clean is a locally owned cleaning business serving South Central Pennsylvania since 2009. We treat our team well enough that 6 of our 17 cleaners have been with us 7–10+ years.

Part-Time Residential Cleaner — Hanover Area
Most UrgentWhat you’d do
Clean homes throughout Hanover, Littlestown, New Oxford, Spring Grove, McSherrystown, and Gettysburg. You’ll be assigned to a consistent set of recurring clients — same homes, same schedule, week after week. After a 2–3 week training period with one of our experienced cleaners, you’ll work independently.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday only. Mornings, afternoons, or both.
- Mornings: 9am availability required (some clients prefer an 8am start).
- Afternoons: Must be available by 12pm.
- 1–5 days a week — whatever fits your schedule.
Pay
$15–16/hour to start (negotiable based on experience), plus performance-based bonuses and up to $500 sign-on bonus. 5–25 hours/week, growing as our client base grows. Paid every 2 weeks on Friday, direct deposit.
What we’d need from you
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong attention to detail — we’re flexible on scheduling, but not on how well the work gets done. We communicate our cleaning standards clearly and expect you to follow them.
- Physical ability to dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchen and baths, wipe baseboards (sometimes on hands and knees), and carry a vacuum up and down stairs
- Smartphone for our timeclock app
Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time or Full-Time) — York, Hanover, or Gettysburg
UrgentWhat you’d do
Clean offices and business spaces in the York, Hanover, or Gettysburg area after-hours, so your client’s team and customers see clean spaces but never see us cleaning. Most of our commercial accounts have the same crew week after week — you’ll get to know your route. We’ll match you to the area closest to where you live. After a 2–3 week training period, you work independently.
Schedule
- Both weeknights and weekends are required for this role — whether you join part-time or full-time, you’ll work a mix of both.
- Weeknights (Mon–Thu): Pick any start time between 5pm and 9pm. You commit to getting the job done right and on time; the rest is up to you.
- Weekends: Any time from Friday 5pm through Sunday 9pm. You pick the hours.
