Deep Clean — Free
Most cleaning companies charge $250+ extra for “deep cleaning.” We send an extra cleaner and put in hours of extra work — free — with your first regular cleaning, so recurring visits start from a baseline that’s truly clean.
- Baseboards — wet-wiped on hands and knees with warm soapy water to lift stuck-on dust.
- Glass shades on light fixtures — wet-wiped to remove the baked-on dust, especially in bathrooms.
- Ceiling fans — step stool plus a wet-wipe of the blades, lights, and motor; long-handled dusters don’t lift the thick stuff.
- Window sills and double-hung sash ledges — wet-wiped to clear dust (and dead flies and ladybugs).

We thoroughly spray, disinfect, and shine every kitchen surface.

We thoroughly spray, disinfect, and shine every bathroom surface.
- Toilet — top to bottom, front to back
- Shower, tub, and shower door
- Sink, vanity, and countertop
- Faucet and drain
- Fixtures (soap dishes, towel bars, paper holders, waste cans, etc.)
Floors
We use Dyson vacuums and high-quality microfiber mops.
- Vacuum all floors, rugs, and stairs
- Move smaller items and vacuum underneath (dining tables, coffee tables, desks)
- Reach edges and under unmovable furniture with the vacuum wand
- Wet-mop all hard floors
Dusting
We dust every visible surface — including the fingerprint oils, mug rings, and streaks others miss.
- Cobweb-dust ceiling edges
- Baseboards and chair rail
- Window sills and sash ledge
- Ceiling fans (blades, lights, motor)
- Light fixtures
- Everything on walls (even a thermostat or door chime)
- Electronics
- Desks, tables, counters, cabinets, and shelves
- Mirrors and glass — streak-free

When You Actually Need A Deep Clean

When you become a recurring client, we add an extra cleaner and hours of extra work to your first paid regular cleaning — up to $250 in value, on us. No separate appointment.
Moving in or moving out
Empty home, top-to-bottom. One of our standard frequencies on the pricing tool.
One-time only
You handle your own day-to-day cleaning and want a periodic detailed reset.

So rarely requested, these aren’t even part of our deep clean.

Is the deep clean really free?
For new residential clients, yes — we send an extra cleaner and put in hours of extra work, up to $250 in value, with your first regular cleaning.
What if I just want a one-time deep clean — no recurring service?
We offer one-time cleaning as well. Get instant pricing here.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our clients give us a key, code, or garage opener and we let ourselves in. Some prefer to be home; either works.
Do you bring all the supplies?
Yes. We provide everything — vacuums, microfiber mops, cloths, and all the cleaning products. You don’t need anything on hand.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
Yes, whenever possible. You’ll have a consistent cleaner — someone you’ll know by name. If they’re sick or on vacation, we’ll send a backup we trust.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Call or text Jim. If something we cleaned doesn’t pass inspection, we make it right, right away — and prevent it from repeating. Or if you’d prefer, we credit you the value of the work. No debate.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We don’t lock you in. Cancel anytime — our work is our bond.
