Commercial pricing depends on square footage, scope of work, and frequency — there’s no flat menu price. We walk through your space with you, discuss all of your needs in detail, then quote a fair fixed rate. The walkthrough is free.

Floors
We use Dyson vacuums and high-quality microfiber mops.
- Vacuum all floors, rugs, and stairs
- Move smaller items and vacuum underneath (desks, conference tables, break-room furniture)
- Reach edges and under unmovable furniture with the vacuum wand
- Wet-mop all hard floors
Dusting
We dust every visible surface — including the fingerprint oils and streaks others miss.
- Cobweb-dust ceiling edges
- Trim, molding, and window sills
- Light fixtures
- Everything on walls (signage, clocks, etc.)
- Office equipment and electronics
- Mirrors and glass — streak-free
- Glass partitions, entry doors, and door windows
- Handrails, elevator buttons, and high-touch surfaces

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clean after hours so we’re not disrupted?
Yes — after-hours and overnight cleaning is what most of our commercial clients book. Your team and your customers see a clean space; they never see us cleaning. For clients who prefer daytime service or have policies requiring it, we accommodate that too.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes, and building access?
We work with whatever access system your building uses — keys, key fobs, alarm codes, lockboxes. Every cleaner who has access is background-checked, and codes/keys are tracked.
Will the same crew always come?
Yes, whenever possible. Most of our commercial accounts have the same crew week after week — many of our cleaners have been with us 7–10+ years. Consistency is part of why clients stay.
How does pricing work?
Free walkthrough first. We come on-site, see your space, talk through what you need, then quote a fair fixed monthly or per-visit rate. No surprise charges.
Do we sign a long-term contract?
No. We don’t lock you in. Cancel anytime — our work is our bond.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — fully insured, bonded, and we carry workers’ compensation. We can provide certificates of insurance on request.
What services aren’t included?
Standard recurring cleaning covers everything in our “What We Clean” list. We don’t typically offer carpet shampooing/steaming, floor waxing, or exterior window washing. Ask us during the walkthrough — we can sometimes coordinate those through a partner.
