Kitchens & Break Rooms

We’ll thoroughly spray down, disinfect, and shines all surfaces in your commercial space including countertops, tables, major appliances, microwaves, small appliances, and sink areas to leave your kitchen or break room sparkling clean.

Bathrooms

Thoroughly spraying, disinfecting, and shining every bathroom surface from showers to toilet bases, our complete bathroom cleaning service includes detailed cleaning of bathtubs, sinks, toilets, vanities, and all accompanying fixtures to ensure pristine sanitation in each corner of your commercial space.

Completely spray down, disinfect, clean, and shine:

    • Toilet-top to bottom, front to back
    • All parts of sink and vanity/countertop
    • All parts of faucet and drain
    • Any other bath fixtures: Soap dishes/dispensers, toothbrush holders, paper dispensers and holders, towel bars, metal waste cans, etc.
    • All parts of the shower, tub, and shower door

Floors

With attention to detail, our professional floor cleaning services include careful vacuuming of all floors, thorough edge cleaning with adjustable wands, moving movable objects, and wet mopping of all hard surface floorings tailored to clients’ specific needs and requests.

  • Carefully vacuum all floors, rugs, and stairs
  • Move objects that can easily be moved while vacuuming
  • Use vacuum wand to vacuum along edges and under objects that cannot be easily moved
  • Wet-mop all hard-surface flooring

Dustings

Simply put, we clean all obvious spots plus those often missed: Spider webs up high, handprints low down, layer upon layer of dust atop office furniture and more.

We use microfiber cloths and/or Swiffer dusters to dust the following in all rooms and areas:

 

    • Cob-web dust corners of ceiling and walls
    • Chair rail molding
    • Baseboard molding
    • Window sills and sash top
    • Light fixtures, ceiling fans
    • All items on walls
    • All office and electronic equipment
    • Desks, tables, counters, cabinets, shelves, etc.  
    • Streak-free cleaning of all mirrors and glass
    • Collect and dispose of all trash
    • We provide all cleaning supplies including Dyson brand vacuums

First Time Cleaning Service

For new recurring clients, we don’t charge extra for the first service, even though we typically spend several extra hours catching up with “old dirt.”

It’s one of our ways of thanking you for choosing us. Many cleaning service providers charge well over $200 extra.

Our Cleaning Supplies

We provide all the cleaning supplies. We use highly recognized name brand products such as Windex, Pledge, and Mr. Clean as well as Dyson brand vacuum cleaners. We’re also happy to use specific products you provide. For instance, some of our clients prefer a specific cleaner as recommended by a wood flooring manufacturer.

We aim to please and will gladly do small extra jobs from time to time as part of your regular cleaning at no extra charge. We can also provide separate pricing for more involved cleaning projects: wipe down interior doors, wipe down kitchen cabinets, slat-by-slat cleaning of blinds, clean inside of an oven.
